That's why we don't promise a fixed uptime percentage — it wouldn't be ours to give. What we can promise: a failed render returns its credits to your balance automatically. You never pay for a flicker. Maintenance is rare, brief, and scheduled for the quietest hours. And [email protected] always answers within one business day. Through any long night, unused purchased credits remain refundable under the Refunds Policy.
