Refunds Policy

Updated 2026-08-14 If a render fails, its credits drift back to your balance on their own — nothing to fill in, no one to convince. Purchased credits you haven't used can be refunded to your original payment method: email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days of the purchase, mentioning which one. We can't refund credits already spent on completed renders, or free bonus credits — those were a gift, with no cash value. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, at your bank's own pace. We're at [email protected] whenever you need us.
